Warranty

Rapport offers a limited one year warranty, to the original purchaser, against manufacturer defects towards labor and materials or replacement. Fabrics, leathers, metal finishes, and all ‘AS IS’ merchandise, excluded.

Return Policy

Any Rapport cancellations and returns will be assessed a 25% handling charge. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on ‘AS IS’, ‘SALE’ and ‘SPECIAL ORDER’ items.
